A project like TravelDuck grows with every adventure. Here is an overview of the features currently in development:
  • Mobile App
To allow managing travel memories directly on the plane or at the beach, the mobile app is currently under development.
  • Video & Format Compatibility
Expansion of support for a wide range of file formats, enabling the sharing of videos and other media types.
  • Automatic Trip Grouping
Implementation of an intelligent sorting algorithm. Uploaded files will be automatically assigned to the corresponding trip based on metadata.

Behind travelduck

Hi, I'm Robert.
To me, traveling means freedom – discovering the world, experiencing new cultures, and collecting moments you'll never forget. But as a developer and passionate traveler, I often noticed that the tools available for capturing these memories are either too complicated or too cluttered.
That's why I started travelduck as my personal passion project. I am currently developing the platform entirely on my own to create a solution that works exactly the way I always wanted it to: intuitive, sleek, and focused on what matters most.
Currently, travelduck is still a private project. However, my goal is to release the platform as an Open Source project if there is enough interest from the community. I firmly believe that the best tools are built when many minds share their ideas.
Whether you're just stopping by or using travelduck intensively: your feedback helps me shape the direction for the future. Who knows – maybe we'll be building the future of digital travel diaries together soon.
